Every being is a divine and eternal soul living in a temporal body. Every being was alive before birth and will live after death.

Every soul enters into physical life for the purpose of experience and education, that it may, in the course of many lifetimes, learn its true identity as a fragment of the Divine.

Life itself is a constant process of spiritual evolution and unfoldment, based on free choice, that continues until such time as we realize our true nature and return to the Divine from which we came.

No soul enters life to serve another, except by choice, but to serve its own purpose and that of the Divine from which it came.

All life is governed by natural and universal laws which precede and outweigh the laws of humanity. These laws, such as the law of karma, the law of attraction, and the law of free will, are decreed by God to order existence and assist each person to achieve life’s purpose.

No government can or should survive that derives its existence from the enforced submission of its people or that denies its people their basic rights and freedoms.

Life is a movement from one existence to another, in varied venues throughout the universe and in other universes and dimensions of existence. We are not alone in the universe but share it with other civilizations, most of them peace-loving, many of whom are more advanced than we are, some of whom can be seen with our eyes and some of whom cannot.

The evidence of our five senses is not the final arbiter of existence. Humans are spiritual as well as physical entities and the spiritual side of life transcends the physical. God is a Spirit and the final touchstone of God’s Truth is not physical but spiritual. The Truth is to be found within.

God is one and, because of this, souls are one. They form a unity. They are meant to live in peace and harmony together in a “common unity” or community. The use of force to settle affairs runs contrary to natural law. Every person should have the right to conduct his or her own affairs without force, as long as his or her choices do not harm another.

No person shall be forced into marriage against his or her will. No woman shall be forced to bear or not bear children, against her will. No person shall be forced to hold or not hold views or worship in a manner contrary to his or her choice. Nothing vital to existence shall be withheld from another if it is within the community’s power to give.

Every person shall retain the ability to think, speak, and act as they choose, as long as they not harm another. Every person has the right to choose, study and practice the education and career of their choice without interference, provided they not harm another.

No one has the right to kill another. No one has the right to steal from another. No one has the right to force himself or herself upon another in any way.

Any government that harms its citizens, deprives them of their property or rights without their consent, or makes offensive war upon its neighbors, no matter how it misrepresents the situation, has lost its legitimacy. No government may govern without the consent of its people. All governments are tasked with seeing to the wellbeing of their citizens. Any government which forces its citizens to see to its own wellbeing without attending to theirs has lost its legitimacy.

Men and women are meant to live fulfilling lives, free of want, wherever they wish and under the conditions they desire, providing their choices do not harm another and are humanly attainable.

Children are meant to live lives under the beneficent protection of all, free of exploitation, with unhindered access to the necessities of life, education, and health care.

All forms of exploitation, oppression, and persecution run counter to universal and natural law. All disagreements are meant to be resolved amicably.

Any human law that runs counter to natural and universal law is invalid and should not survive. The enactment or enforcement of human law that runs counter to natural and universal law brings consequences that cannot be escaped, in this life or another. While one may escape temporal justice, one does not escape divine justice.

All outcomes are to the greater glory of God and to God do we look for the fulfillment of our needs and for love, peace, and wisdom. So let it be. Aum/Amen.

“… The Shift in Human Nature

You're starting to see integrity change. Awareness recalibrates integrity, and the Human Being who would sit there and take advantage of another Human Being in an old energy would never do it in a new energy. The reason? It will become intuitive, so this is a shift in Human Nature as well, for in the past you have assumed that people take advantage of people first and integrity comes later. That's just ordinary Human nature.

In the past, Human nature expressed within governments worked like this: If you were stronger than the other one, you simply conquered them. If you were strong, it was an invitation to conquer. If you were weak, it was an invitation to be conquered. No one even thought about it. It was the way of things. The bigger you could have your armies, the better they would do when you sent them out to conquer. That's not how you think today. Did you notice?

Any country that thinks this way today will not survive, for humanity has discovered that the world goes far better by putting things together instead of tearing them apart. The new energy puts the weak and strong together in ways that make sense and that have integrity. Take a look at what happened to some of the businesses in this great land (USA). Up to 30 years ago, when you started realizing some of them didn't have integrity, you eliminated them. What happened to the tobacco companies when you realized they were knowingly addicting your children? Today, they still sell their products to less-aware countries, but that will also change.

What did you do a few years ago when you realized that your bankers were actually selling you homes that they knew you couldn't pay for later? They were walking away, smiling greedily, not thinking about the heartbreak that was to follow when a life's dream would be lost. Dear American, you are in a recession. However, this is like when you prune a tree and cut back the branches. When the tree grows back, you've got control and the branches will grow bigger and stronger than they were before, without the greed factor. Then, if you don't like the way it grows back, you'll prune it again! I tell you this because awareness is now in control of big money. It's right before your eyes, what you're doing. But fear often rules. …”

US police arrest three suspects in Boston bombing

NEW YORK — US police announced on Wednesday that they had arrested three more suspects as part of their investigation into a bomb attack on the Boston marathon that left three dead and more than 260 wounded.

"Three additional suspects taken into custody in Marathon bombing case. Details to follow," the Boston Police Department said on Twitter, later adding: "Please be advised there is no threat to the public."

One of two ethnic Chechens, 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, is already in custody and has been charged with carrying out the bombing.

His brother, 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was killed on April 18 during the manhunt for the pair.

The brothers are alleged to have detonated backpacks holding pressure cookers packed with explosives near the finish line of the April 15 race. They are also accused of killing a police officer during their time on the run.

Police did not immediately offer more details of the arrests, but the Boston Globe newspaper reported that the new suspects were college students who are alleged to have helped Dzhokhar after the attack.

Television network NBC reported the new suspects are accused of helping their fellow student gather his belongings from his campus accommodation and may have attempted to mislead authorities.

US authorities are investigating a recent period Tamerlan spent in the volatile North Caucasus region of Russia and intelligence reports that he had developed an increasingly radical view of his Islamic faith.

But investigators have not suggested the pair were part of a larger group.

US lawmakers have said the pair's mother, Zubeidat Tsarnaev, is suspected of having playing a role in radicalizing them. She is currently in the Dagestan region of Russia and denies that her sons had any role in the bombing.

Police also searched the home of Tamerlan Tsarnaev's widow, 24-year-old Katherine Russell, after female DNA was found on debris from the pressure cookers.

US President Barack Obama has defended the counter-terror work of the FBI, after it was revealed that Russian authorities had warned the US agency as early as 2011 that Tamerlan Tsarnaev had suspected extremist ties.

Steve Beckow: All right. Thank you. I have four questions. And I’ll mention them to you now, and you can answer them in the time remaining, as you like.

One is, is there any progress report on the re-valuation of the Iraqi dinar?

The next one is, in terms of the investigation of the Boston Marathon bombings, are the authorities zeroing in on the real suspects, or are they just choosing whomever they like and trying to make scapegoats and what have you?

The next question is, is the landing gear that was found in New York a real thing, or is it a set-up job?

And finally, if you would address the question of demonizing Muslims for all of this when it seems to me Muslims have nothing to do with it.

Those are my four questions of you.

Archangel Michael: Let us begin with the last first, because we are talking about a very dark vasana. And it goes back to what I was saying about this collective belief in the validity of war. War is not simply about soldiers and missiles and guns and airplanes. It is about hatred. And in what reality do any of you ever feel that hatred can be justified? It is the antithesis of the Mother/Father One. It is the antithesis of love. And even if it was a conspiracy — and we are not suggesting that the Boston Marathon explosion was a conspiracy; let us be very clear about that — it would still never justify the demonizing of an entire population.

That is the vasana that seeks to put you in the right. And as you have said, one of the key components of a vasana is that immediate reaction in thinking that you are right! And it is self-righteousness, and it is not acceptable in any realm.

Now, the totality of the back story of what has occurred with the Boston Marathon – and that tragedy has not fully come to light – but we have been clear with you, previously, when we have said that this is what you think of as domestic terrorism. Putting it on those who are Muslim would be like saying, “Well, their grandfather came from Germany 40 years ago, so they must be a Nazi.” This is absurd.

When people lose their way and believe that violence is an answer, it is an indicator not only to you but to all of us of how awry things have gone. Now, we also encourage you — yes, we are not Pollyannas, as you would put it — but we encourage you to look at the positive outcome of such violence, because violence in your society, whether it is a war, man against women, rape, has to cease. It cannot continue to exist.

Now, the re-valuation of the dinar is related to all of this. It is not just a financial decision. It is a world coming together to halt economic war, and it is a world coming together to re-value. And we have said to you that currency would continue to exist for some time after the shift, a few years perhaps, but we never said that it would exist in the same way that is currently available to you. So this re-valuation is already underway. And we do not mean soon, we mean this quite literally. So, it is rebalancing of abundance for many.

SB: Lord, I’m not clear what you’re saying right now. Sorry. You said it’s not coming soon. Could you just clarify?

AAM: I was making a joke. Because when we say “soon,” you shake your head…

SB: Oh, you were? [laugh]

AAM: … and your shoulders go down and you say, “Oh, no, not another soon!”

SB: Yes!

AAM: So what I say to you is that it is already underway.

SB: Uh-hunh. Not another soon. Okay. You remember the joke that Grener made about the black limousines, and, oh my gosh, how much trouble we got in there! [laugh]

AAM: You know that I do not and am not meant to give dates. But I tell you, it is already underway. And there are many above and below that are involved in this.

SB: What about the landing gear in New York?

AAM: That is not real…

SB: It is not real.

AAM: That is not real.

SB: All right. Was it just an attempt to blame Muslims?

AAM: It is a distraction. It is an attempt to distract people from the real issues at hand. So there are many attempts to discredit and to, yes, to use the old vasana of blame, fault, guilt, shame. But understand, that is the vasana of the perpetrator, not the recipient of the behavior. So, yes, there is a great deal of prejudice.

And it has need to be let go of.

I’ve just had a personal reading with Archangel Michael through Linda Dillon (April 17, 2013). I asked him to tell us who caused the Boston Bombings and here is his response.

Steve Beckow: Who was behind the Boston Bombings?

Archangel Michael: What we would call disillusionaries.

SB: OK.

AAM: What you would think of as … no, it was not a planned government action, if that is what you are asking.

SB: How then could it be that pages appear on Facebook before the fact talking about the bombing?

AAM: Oh, there was a lot of planning implementation and the bombing was known about and not prevented. So we are not saying that there was not a form of collusion but the bombing itself was in fact perpetrated by two … well, originally two and then it grew … by a group of individuals that are very disenchanted, shall we say, by the existing regime of government.

SB: Now I would like to confirm that they were not Saudi nationals.

AAM: No.

SB: American citizens?

AAM: Yes.

SB: Alright. Will their identities become known? Will they be arrested or will this be covered up?

AAM: No, eventually it will come to the surface. And, as you well know, things are moving much more rapidly these days. And so it will come to the surface. We are not talking about years. We are talking about a brief period of time.

SB: So the FBI will not cover this up?

AAM: The FBI will not be in a position to cover it up.

SB: Alright. Now, why did the galactics not intervene?

AAM: Because it is part of the bringing to the forefront [of] the violence. Now let us tell you something about the galactics. Just like us [the celestials] they do not intervene in acts of free will where there is a grander unfoldment – for example, the exposure of the violence in your society – that will make people denounce and change their behaviors.

So they do not intervene in that kind of a situation. Where they will intervene is more of a greater chance for, shall we say, global disaster.

SB: OK. Lots of people are saying that President Obama is complicit in this. Is he complicit.

AAM: No, he is not.

SB: Alright. So anything more you can tell us. Is it useful to know if this a right-wing group?

AAM: It is an extreme right-wing group that would like to see the elimination of what you think of as the federal government.

If you took the Tea Party and put them on the left and then put this group on the right, you would have the positioning.

SB: And you don’t want to say exactly who it is, I take it?

AAM: No, we do not.
