Former Dutch Prime Minister Rudd Lubbers dies

Ruud Lubbers, the Netherlands' longest serving prime minister, has died aged 78. Lubbers also headed the UN refugee agency on a symbolic $1 salary, and, in 1991, hosted the EU's formative Maastricht summit.

Lubbers, a conservative who argued for "more markets, less government" and a closer European Union, passed away on Wednesday in his home city of Rotterdam, the Dutch government announced. No cause of death was given.

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said the Netherlands had "lost a statesman with huge stature" and went on to praise Lubbers for his commitment to Europe and as a "world citizen" who was "intelligent and wise."

"He knew how to find a solution to every problem," Rutte added.

Lubbers, a Christian Democrat from a Rotterdam engineering and machinery family, who studied economics and then headed an employers' federation, formed his first government in 1982 with the liberal VVD party, on a pledge to cut back the Dutch welfare state.

His slogan "more markets, less government" prompted conflict with trade unions but earned him a reputation for the "Dutch model" of spurring the economy to create more jobs.

Key role at Maastricht

In his third consecutive term, he formed a grand coalition with center-left Social Democrats in 1989, and played a key role in late 1991 when the Netherlands hosted an EU summit that formulated the bloc's Maastricht Treaty focused on political integration.

The accord, signed in early 1992, also laid the groundwork for the shared euro currency.

When he stepped down in the Dutch election year 1994, he had become the Netherland's longest-serving prime minister.

His 12 years in office had included his persuading parliament to accept the deployment of NATO European missiles in the Netherlands and ambitious conservation projects across the densely populated low-lying nation.

WWF and then UNHCR

After stints in academia, bids for top jobs at the European Commission and NATO, and criticism of Germany's then-chancellor, Helmut Kohl, Lubbers went on to serve as president of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in 2000, before becoming the head of the UNHCR refugee agency in 2001.

Bombing of Afghanistan wrong

A month after the 9/11 airline hijacker attacks on New York and Washington, Ludders rejected US bombardment of largely Taliban-controlled Afghanistan.

He told Germany's Die Zeit newspaper in October 2001 that less US military action, not more, combined with aid agency assistance, would minimize the "danger of a conflagration."

As UNHCR commissioner he had urged the United States: "no revenge, no disproportionate reprisal attacks that will inevitably cause larger refugee flows and human suffering."

Resignation

His UNHCR post was extended in 2003 but in 2005 he was forced to step down over sexual harassment allegations, which he rejected as defamatory.

In latter years, when the Netherlands had difficulties forming coalition governments, Queen Beatrix reportedly called in Lubbers as adviser and intermediary.

Dutch broadcaster NOS said Lubbers had long suffered from an unspecified illness.

US will keep climate commitments despite Trump: ex-NY mayor Bloomberg

New York (AFP) - The former mayor of New York, Michael Bloomberg, said Friday the United States will keep its commitment to reduce greenhouse gases despite US President Donald Trump's skeptical outlook on climate change.

"No matter what roadblocks the White House and Congress throw up, the United States can -— and I'm confident, will —- meet the commitment it made in Paris in 2015 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions that are warming the planet," Bloomberg wrote in the New York Times.

"Those who believe that the Trump administration will end American leadership on climate change are making the same mistake as those who believe that it will put coal miners back to work."

Bloomberg said that mistake is "overestimating Washington's ability to influence energy markets, and underestimating the role that cities, states, businesses and consumers are playing in driving down emissions on their own."

Bloomberg, a noted environmentalist, said that with or without Obama's Clean Power Plan, which Trump has promised to re-examine and roll back, also half the coal plants in the United States have said they "will close or switch to cleaner fuels."

Consumers prefer cleaner energy that pollutes less, he argued. And the price of renewables like wind and solar is dropping.

"In fact, even if the Clean Power Plan disappears entirely, we would still be in a position to meet our Paris commitment, which is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions 26 percent below 2005 levels by 2025," Bloomberg wrote.

Certain federal policies cannot be changed, such as vehicle fuel efficiency standards that have been set through model year 2021.

And big cities, which represents two-thirds of US emissions, along with countless private industries are committed to improving energy efficiency without any encouragement from Washington.

"Claims that the United States will no longer be able to meet its Paris obligations give other countries an excuse to walk away from theirs," he added.

"How terrible it would be if a misunderstanding of American climate leadership -— which is not based in Washington and never has been -— led to an unraveling of the Paris agreement."

Trump has not yet said whether or not he plans to stay in the landmark Paris Agreement, a 196-nation treaty that vows to cap global warming as "well below" two degrees Celsius (3.6 degrees Fahrenheit) compared to late 19th-century levels.

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Let us begin by addressing the thoughts in many minds, and foremost is concern about North Korea’s successful missile launchings. If that country does send a nuclear warhead into space, detonation will be prevented by universal family members who continuously patrol your skies—the same will be so if any other nation would make such an attempt.

The ceasefire in Syria for humanitarian purposes is welcome, to be sure, but much more than this bandage is needed to relieve the plight of people in that war-torn country. Peace will come; however, the strong energy streamers of hostility and distrust emitted by opposing religious and secular groups will cause detours along the way.

As for the energetic scenarios described in our last message about the presidential election in the United States, Hillary Clinton’s withdrawing from the race for health reasons has an edge on the other possibilities that also would put Bernie Sanders in the White House. This doesn’t mean that if the edge widens, the scenarios pertaining to Clinton’s activities will evaporate. The energy of those streamers will run its course to bring that information to light, thus the possibility remains that it will be her disqualification for the presidency that elevates Sanders to the office.

The truth about “9/11” will be revealed, but not until after the Rockefeller faction of the Illuminati have lost all their influence in the government, economy and mainstream media of the United States.

That nation’s finger-pointing at Russia in a series of hacked emails and portraying Vladimir Putin as a meddler in US political affairs and a dictator who wants to control the countries formerly within the USSR is political posturing and fodder for the media. Putin doesn’t want a new cold war era or conflicts with any country; he is one of the individuals in governments, military forces and the corporate and economic sectors whose efforts behind closed doors are aimed at ending the Illuminati’s long reign of global corruption, deception, assassination, initiating wars and fostering impoverishment.

Rising vibratory levels that also are helping to rid Earth of those plagues on humanity are playing havoc with people who don’t understand what is transpiring. What you know is the evolution of a civilization and transformation of a world, most are seeing as perpetual turmoil, divisiveness and confusion, and the sense of time passing faster and faster is unsettling as well. For many, this means rushing through responsibilities, yet often days end before all tasks are accomplished, adding pressure to bodies and minds already stressed by the effects of high vibrations.

A number of readers are writing about the challenges they are encountering in that respect, and, while awakening souls in particular are seeking guidance, lightworkers are not immune to the stress of adjusting to successively higher frequencies along Earth’s ascension pathway. Rather than repeat stress-reduction suggestions we have offered, I asked my mother to note the dates of messages so that anyone who would like to read that information anew or as reminders can easily find it. We want to emphasize that changing a negative thought to one that is positive is the fastest way to ease stressful feelings about any situation.

“Why don’t vibrations affect everyone the same way?” Actually, vibrations do affect everyone the same way in that they magnify all people’s personal characteristics and behavioral tendencies. It is reactions to vibrations that vary greatly, and that is because each person is unique. You differ in a multitude of ways just physically, from size and age to body chemistry and cellular structure; however, it is beliefs, experiences, relationships and attitudes that most profoundly affect individuals’ reactions.

But speaking again about the entire populace and stating this most basically, responses to vibrations are in accordance with whether minds and hearts are open or closed. We digress a bit to say that vibratory levels differ immensely, but always the “ingredient” of vibrations is the love-light essence of Creator, the most powerful force in the cosmos. Although generally light is considered visual and love a sensation, they are one and the same energy; and in a spiritual context, love, light and love-light are synonymous. Now then, persons who are open to this energy can receive and send love along its spectrum of uplifting manifestations; those who close out the energy cannot.

It may seem that the opposite of love is hatred, but it isn’t—the opposite is the absence of love. Fear also is the absence of love, and even though fear energy never can have the power that is inherent in love, it is strong enough to “parent,” so to say, ruthlessness, greed, violence, deceit and lust for power and control. People who live in fear are “in the dark” insofar as spiritual and conscious awareness and people who cause fear-filled circumstances are captives of the dark. That is why so often we urge you to send light to all of Earth —only when people “see the light” can their hearts and minds open to let love displace fear.

We have been asked how to send light. Every personhas the capacity to be a channel of universal energy, the all-powerful love-light, and simply the desire, or intention, to send that energy to a person or a specific area or to all of Earth automatically and instantly directs that energy to the intended recipient. If you wish to do this more formally, perhaps a prayer, meditation or visualization, of course that is fine, but not necessary—it is your feelings that count. And count they do! The collective feelings of people who want to live peacefully and in harmony with Nature, with justness, dignity and prosperity for all, is the energy force that is manifesting that kind of world.

“Are people in Nirvana affected by different astrological signs the way we are?” No. Etheric bodies and Nirvana itself vibrate at frequencies that are not affected by planetary interaction in your solar system that can produce effects on dense bodies like yours.

“With the advent of autonomous robots, do they pose a threat to our future and will artificial intelligence be used by the Illuminati to stop our ascension into fourth density and create massive unemployment and social unrest?” When robots are commonly used by industries, the tedious assembly line jobs this technology replaces—and that is the only“threat”—will end, and depending on workers’ ages, they can retire or prepare for jobs in other fields that will be much more satisfying and financially rewarding.

That will not happen in the blink of an eye, but this valuable part of Earth’s Golden Age is on the way. When society realizes the need for restorative recreation— re-creation—which the new economic system will support, people will be much healthier, happier, more meaningfully active and prosperous. Artificial intelligence also will be used for purposes that enrich life. And, the Illuminati never have had the ability to stop anyone’s personal ascension to fourth density and beyond in spiritual and conscious awareness.

Mother, there is no need to type the questions about twin souls—I’ll reply from your list. It’s improbable that a soul contract would include the reuniting of twins; each contract is an integral part of a pre-birth agreement intended to benefit all participants, and the twins might not be able to fill the roles that all others in the agreement need. Because twins are known only to each other, there is no “unmistakable means of identification” that apply to all twins. No, twins do not influence each other’s soul contract choices or conscious decisions to any greater or lesser extent than any other soul prior to or after incarnating. Reuniting with a twin in a physical civilization doesn’t assure karmic completion, and being twins isn’t a step-up in the evolutionary process. Yes, twins are more likely to recognize each other in a highly evolved civilization or its spirit world. It is more than “possible,” it is very likely “that someone could be wrong about a particular person being their twin soul”— as we stated in a prior message, twins are extremely rare. We add that preoccupation with wanting to know if you are a twin or to reunite with your twin can diminish the fulfillment of your contract choices for this lifetime.

“I am thinking about the shift in which many will die because their bodies will not tolerate the rising vibratory levels. What if they have young children? Will all children up to a certain age naturally rise with Earth? Is there a certain point where humans become responsible for this decision? Will family structuring evolve into new forms?”

When bodies abruptly lose viability due to rising vibratory levels, death will be attributed to heart failure, aneurism, massive stroke or perhaps the result of a fall or vehicle crash. Whatever the medical reason, young children learn to cope with grief and the loss of a parent. Down through the ages countless souls have chosen this experience to achieve balance, and in this unprecedented era in the universe, pre-birth agreements take into account that children may lose one or both parents due to vibratory intolerance. If so, just as now, families will accept medical diagnoses.

Heightening vibrations will provide heartwarming aspects, too. People will be enlightened about life in a spirit world and the certainty of reunions with beloved persons and pets. As telepathic connections open, there can be clear communication between souls on Earth and elsewhere in the universe; and, when your society is more highly evolved, residents on the planet and in Nirvana can visit back and forth.

Naturally rising with Earth—or better said, personal ascension—is a matter of growing spiritually and consciously, and age is not a factor; for 30 years or more, a considerable number of newborns arrived in an evolved status. Every person has the choice, not the responsibility, to grow in the awareness that enables physically going along with Earth for the duration of the life span chosen in the soul contract. Personal ascension does not require traveling with the planet into higher densities—souls evolved throughout the millennia when Earth was mired in deep third density. The grand advantage now is the opportunity to complete third density karma in one lifetime, aided by accelerating vibrations and often the loving assistance of stronger souls.

Family structuring has been evolving for quite some time, and this deserves some thought in the context of ascension. There are biracial and interfaith marriages; in some areas, same sex and transgender marriages; youths are rebelling against arranged marriages. Divorced parents share custody of their children; remarriage creates “blended” families; some parents choose commitment over legal status; surrogate mothers and in vitro fertilization are not unusual; birth control enables married couples to choose not to have children. Children removed from abusive or neglectful parents live with other family members or in foster homes, single persons are adopting children, people in one country are adopting children from another. Three generations may live in the same home, family members may live far distant from each other, elderly parents may live in assisted-living facilities. Some familial arrangements are due to progress in medical science, but the more profound evidence of change is the growing respect for all loving relationships and family configurations.

Beloved brothers and sisters, as the vanguard of the spiritual and conscious evolution underway, simply by living your light you exemplify enthusiasm and confidence in Earth’s future—as your vibrations keep rising, you keep raising the vibrations of the world. Light beings throughout this universe honor you and surround you with unconditional love.

Clinton leaves 9/11 ceremony early, blames overheating

Washington (AFP) - Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign was dealt a blow Sunday when the Democratic nominee fell sick and had to leave a 9/11 memorial ceremony in New York, an episode sure to fuel Donald Trump's insinuations that she is not healthy enough for the nation's top office.

The former secretary of state was at the high-profile ceremony at Ground Zero in Manhattan for 90 minutes and greeted some family members of those killed in the deadly terror strikes 15 years ago, her campaign said in a statement.

"During the ceremony, she felt overheated so departed to go to her daughter's apartment, and is feeling much better," the statement said.

An AFP journalist at the ceremony noted that Clinton, dressed in a navy suit and white blouse, was greeting people as she left and did not appear to be rushing out. She walked out accompanied by an aide at her elbow.

However, a video posted on Twitter showed Clinton seeming unsteady as she waited to get into a black van. She appeared to stumble as she was helped into the vehicle, held up on either side by members of her entourage.

It was a humid day in New York, with temperatures around 82 degrees Fahrenheit (28 Celsius).

Clinton reappeared a few hours later, apparently recovered as she walked out of her daughter Chelsea's home. She smiled for the media and posed for pictures with a young girl before departing in a vehicle for her home in Chappaqua.

"I'm feeling great, it's a beautiful day in New York," Clinton said.

Health issues?

Trump was uncharacteristically silent on Twitter after Clinton's illness, as both candidates took a break from formal campaigning to mark the somber day of remembrance in the United States.

But the businessman, his spokespeople and surrogates have promoted the idea in recent weeks that Clinton, 68, has serious health problems.

The internet is awash with claims that she may have a brain tumor, Parkinson's or dementia. Some complain that she has "seizure-like facial expressions" and others allege that she twitches.

Trump, 70, has said Clinton is "not strong enough to be president" and that she "lacks the mental and physical stamina to take on ISIS."

Former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, a Trump supporter, has said that Clinton was "tired" and "looked sick."

Trump spokeswoman Katrina Pierson, who is not a doctor, last month diagnosed Clinton with dysphasia, a disorder that impairs speech and comprehension.

The root of the claims lies in 2012, when Clinton was nearing the end of her stint as secretary of state and a stomach virus and dehydration prompted her to faint, causing what her doctor said was a concussion.

They said they found a blood clot on the brain and Clinton complained of double vision. She appeared in spectacles featuring a prism when testifying before Congress on Benghazi in January 2013. She was later given the all-clear.

The former first lady has dismissed "conspiracy theories" about her health and points to a detailed report from her doctor declaring her fit to serve as president.

She blamed a coughing fit during a speech in Cleveland last week on allergies.

'Vitality and viability'

Clinton's sudden illness is unlikely to be a turning point in the White House race, said Jennifer Lawless, a professor of government at American University in Washington.

From all indications, it appears to just be a brief bout of overheating, she told AFP.

"What the Clinton campaign needs to do over the course of the next several days is demonstrate her vitality and viability. She has to be at tons of events and seem very energetic," Lawless said.

Clinton had been trying to move on from a blunder in which she told a crowd at a fundraiser late Friday that "to be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump's supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables."

"The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic -- you name it."

Trump and his supporters slammed the remarks. Clinton said she regretted saying "half," but then listed a number of "deplorable" things about Trump.

"I won't stop calling out bigotry and racist rhetoric in this campaign," she said.

A Washington Post-ABC News poll out Sunday -- conducted in the days before she made the remark -- shows that 70 percent of the electorate has already decided who to vote for, and only 30 percent are undecided or could switch.

Clinton leads Trump 46 percent to 41 percent lead among likely voters, according to the poll, which had a 4.5 percentage-point margin of error.

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. With nominees for United States president set in stone, or so it would seem, it is understandable that you are asking how it is possible for Bernie Sanders to become that country’s next president.

Our last message didn’t enumerate the scenarios that Earth’s monitors in Nirvana are keeping an eye on because we were waiting to tell you the only one with significance, the one that has gained unstoppable momentum. None has. Therefore, we shall tell you the various possibilities that affect Sanders and the two major parties’ nominees—energy around other contenders is too weak to materialize streamers with development potential.

The universe’s constant balancing act provides ways to resolve a blockage in an energy field, and that is what’s happening here. The preponderance of energy generated around Sanders is positive even though he is not a presidential nominee; the energy generated around Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, who are nominees, is predominantly negative. The overall energy investment, which comprises the thoughts and feelings of the populace, produced countless streamers and they are darting about in the collective consciousness. To bring order out of that chaos, the energy coalesced into various scenarios that represent the total investment and each has the potential to unblock the field and enable the energy around Sanders to flow in the direction it was given, toward the presidency.

Now, the scenarios. Clinton’s private dealings with other nations while she was Secretary of State or her complicity in irregularities in the Democratic party’s primaries could be disclosed. Some of her sworn statements under oath could be shown as the falsehoods they are. The sources and uses of Clinton Foundation funds or her long-time Illuminati affiliation could be revealed. Any one of those would officially disqualify her as a nominee, and her health issue could disqualify her physically. If any of those scenarios attains unbeatable dominance, Sanders will replace Clinton on the ballot and win the election. Or, she could remain in the race, citizens who are dissatisfied with her and Trump could join Sanders’ supporters in electing him via write-in votes. And, since this energetic situation still is unsettled, other possibilities could arise that will put him in the White House.

Any of those departures from the country’s traditional procedures at this stage of the process would be unusual, to be sure. However, few would call the 2016 political campaigns “business as usual,” so Sanders’ return to the presidential arena with the person he wants as vice president may not be all that surprising.

Eventually the populace will understand that this was simply the workings of energy—the vibrations supported Mr. Sanders personally and as the people’s choice. This will be understood as well in its much larger context: It is part and parcel of the ongoing momentous change as corruption and oppression give way to freedom and upliftment of the entire civilization.

Resistance also is part of this transformation because fear of change is inherent in third density consciousness. Dark souls are fearful of losing their hold over the many who are fearful about conditions that the dark ones have created or controlled— fear energy of the many is what keeps the dark ones going— but efforts to retain the status quo will be futile. All intentions and conditions in low vibratory levels will continue to disintegrate as vibrations keep rising.

You are accustomed to reading “love,” “peace” and “unity” in messages from light sources. Have you noticed how often these words are used by national, civic and religious leaders, individuals interviewed on newscasts, and chanting crowds holding placards with the words boldly printed? Like everything else in existence, words are energy, and spoken or written, they emit vibrations that attract more of their kind—the universal law of attraction—and in all of your languages, love, peace and unity have the highest vibrations. Now that these words are being used frequently around the world, their powerful reverberations are awakening the peoples.

“I think of myself as a searcher for truth. I don’t know if this is the same as ‘light worker,’ but it seems there should be more to that than wanting to know what is true and what isn’t. My question is, what is a light worker and how does anyone know if they are?” Thinking of yourself as a searcher for truth and asking about lightworkers shows that you are on the same pathway they are, just not as far along on your journey.

Being discerning as to what information is truthful and what is not is an important part of enlightenment, of self-discovery; however, much more important than relying on external sources for answers is asking within, where all truth is known. The answers, which are messages from soul-level to the consciousness, come as intuition, instinct, conscience, inspiration and aspiration. When you heed the answers you receive, perhaps as strong sensations or images or words in your mind’s eye or a voice in your mind, your life flows smoothly. This signifies that your decisions and actions are aligned with choices you made in your soul contract prior to birth.

We made quite a leap from your question, so let us return to it. A simple description of lightworker is a person who lives in godly ways—God made it simpler still: Be kind. Millions of people around the world who haven’t heard the word lightworker nevertheless are by sharing their time, skills, money and other resources with those in need. Although we say light worker , what those individuals and all who do identify themselves as such actually are doing is serving the light by living within it.

Light, the same energy as love just expressed differently, is radiated by acts of kindness and attributes like honesty, compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, generosity; by being nonjudgmental and open to considering others’ perspectives while staying true to one’s own principles and values. Radiated light uplifts others—the ripple effects of a genuine smile, a comforting hug or an encouraging word are immeasurable—and light within imparts a sense of peacefulness, optimism and self-confidence, not with hubris, but humility. When lightworkers encounter challenges, they know their inner strength and determined spirit will carry them through as they continue helping society move ever closer to the greater glories of Earth’s Golden Age, when all peoples will know that every life form on the planet is inseparably connected with all others.

Our suggestion to all newcomers to spiritual information is to read the guidance recently offered to a gentleman who identified himself as “an awakening soul.” Mother, please add the date of that message. [ May 19, 2016 ] Thank you.

“It has been said many times by different channelers that after we go from this life, we go to a much better place. That spirit guides await for us to help us and guide us. So, can you explain this for me?” Indeed, Nirvana is a much better place in myriad ways for people who lived in accordance with their soul contracts, but they don’t need spirit guides there. Guides, your guardian angel and others in the angelic realms, souls with whom you are bonded in love, and members of other civilizations are God’s emissaries who, unseen, help you during your Earth lifetime. Awaiting your arrival in Nirvana are persons you know and are dear to you.

Each soul has a unique frequency, and moments prior to death of the body, it sends a special signal that is received by all with whom that soul has love bonds. The welcoming party can be family and friends in any lifetime, not only those in your immediate past life who preceded you to a spirit world, even if they have embodied again on the planet or in another civilization. Because you will transition from an Earth lifetime, you will reunite with those loved ones and your dear pets in Nirvana; however, reunions can take place anywhere in this universe where the energy corresponds to the souls’ vibrations.

“I just read the message where Matthew said the soul is liberated from people when they enter Nirvana. What does that mean? Where do the souls go?” The soul is liberated from—or, not affected by—any damage to the person’s etheric body or psyche. The etheric and physical bodies are so closely aligned that any illness or injury the physical body sustains also affects the etheric body, and emotional traumas experienced during the lifetime remain in the psyche, thus people enter Nirvana with those conditions. During the healing process, which is customized to meet the needs of each person, the soul can go wherever it wishes at the same time it is with the person—it IS the person!

Souls, the pure love-light essence of Creator, are energy fluctuating at higher vibratory levels than etheric bodies and much higher than the density of physical bodies, so souls always are “liberated” and can be wherever they wish simply by the thought of being there. That is why during a person’s sleep time, the soul may visit those with whom it has love bonds, perform light service in worlds where that kind of assistance is needed, or enhance its spiritual and conscious awareness by studies in advanced civilizations.

Beloved brothers and sisters, as aspects of Creator, the omniscient, omnipotent and eternal I AM Oneness of All, you always have had unlimited potential to manifest whatever you wish. That capability is inherent in the makeup of the soul, and as you continue evolving, you will be able to produce what you now think of as miracles.

US probe of Saudi ties to 9/11 inconclusive

Washington (AFP) - The United States probed links between the government of Saudi Arabia and the 9/11 attacks, finding multiple suspicions but no proven ties, documents declassified Friday showed.

Part of a Congressional report that had been kept under wraps for more than a decade showed US intelligence believed that Saudi officials may have had multiple contacts with some of the 9/11 hijackers.

Fifteen of the 19 hijackers were Saudi citizens.

The findings however show no smoking gun for Saudi involvement, but rather an inability to "identify definitively" Saudi links to attacks on US soil and global terror.

"While in the United States, some of the 9/11 hijackers were in contact with, and received support or assistance from, individuals who may be connected to the Saudi government," the declassified document said.

One individual on the US East Coast, believed to be from the Saudi interior ministry, raised suspicions when appearing to fake a seizure during FBI questioning about his links to a hijacker.

He was later released from hospital and managed to flee the country before he could be questioned again.

The government has released a once-classified chapter of a congressional report

 about the 9/!11 attacks that questions whether Saudi nationals who helped the 

hijackers knew what they were planning.

Intelligence also turned up suggestions that Osama bin Laden's half-brother worked at the Saudi embassy in Washington and was associated with a friend to Egyptian hijack leader Mohammed Atta.

In California, a suspected Saudi intelligence operative was believed to have provided "substantial assistance" to two other hijackers.

The phone book of an Al-Qaeda operative captured in Pakistan meanwhile pointed to US contacts, notably a company which managed a Colorado property of the then Saudi ambassador.

'Unacceptable' intel gaps

The year-long Congressional investigation also expressed anger about gaps in US intelligence about Saudi Arabia's possible links to terror, deeming them "unacceptable" given the "magnitude and immediacy of the potential risk to US national security."

Former president George W. Bush had ordered that part of the report be classified.

Bush's administration had cited the need to protect the methods and identities of US intelligence sources.

But there was also concern that the report could damage relations with an important Middle Eastern ally and oil exporter.

President Barack Obama had decided to declassify the so-called "28 pages."

The revelations are likely to prompt a fresh round of handwringing about Washington's close ties with Riyadh and Saudi Arabia's role in fostering violent extremism.

Saudi Ambassador to the United States Abdullah Al-Saud welcomed the release of the report.

He said it had "confirmed that neither the Saudi government, nor senior Saudi officials, nor any person acting on behalf of the Saudi government provided any support or encouragement for these attacks."

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. We begin by addressing the issue that most of your expressed concerns pertain to, global reset. What is its purpose, who is behind it, and how will it affect your bank accounts and investments? While we have not used the more recently-coined term, “global reset,” several years ago we started talking about what it is—the changeover from your current monetary system, which has no foundation whatsoever, to a system based on precious metals. The transition process will be handled as smoothly as possible to minimize disruption in financial services and anyone whose money has been honestly earned and invested need have no concerns.

Whoever sets the rules for the world’s banking and lending institutions and interest rates controls the economy. After individuals in Bavaria who felt superior to the masses designated themselves “the Illuminati” and subsequently expanded their influence in all directions, that secret society has applied their rules worldwide. They did so with ease, as long before they came on the scene, the stage had been set by a few rich and powerful families whose greed, ingenuity and ruthlessness gave them economic control.

Global reset is a significant step toward ending that centuries-long control. Although the term is not used, its purpose—to stabilize the global economy by putting all currencies on the gold standard—is one of several provisions in NESARA, the acronym for National Economic Security and Reformation Act that was written by some of Earth’s Golden Age master planners in collaboration with evolved residents of Earth. Even today relatively few people are aware of this United States legislation signed by President Bill Clinton in 2000 because those who knew about it were bound by a “gag order” that he and other Illuminati members of the government imposed.

After the Act became publicized to some extent via dissemination of information transmitted by off-planet sources to their receivers, the government set up a disinformation Web site—National Economic Stabilization [later changed to Security] and Recovery Act—and incorrect information about NESARA was circulated to mislead people who had heard about it. Never has it been an investment program, nor does it include the delivery of “prosperity packages,” depositing millions of dollars in bank accounts or cancelling legitimate debts.

The authentic NESARA was to be announced worldwide and go into effect September 12, 2001. To prevent that world-changing event, President George W. Bush and his Illuminati colleagues ordered the infamous betrayal of their country commonly known as “9/11.” That also let them move forward on their pre-planned invasion of Iraq under the “war on terror” banner.

It would be natural to wonder why a program that has monumental global ramifications began with legislation in the United States. First, NESARA’s provisions had to be framed within your laws; otherwise, it would be a matter of souls from other civilizations imposing their ideas upon the people of Earth, and universal laws prohibit that kind of interference even when it is in the people’s best interests.

Second, it was imperative that the profound changes the Act contains be implemented first in the United States because it was the most Illuminati-ridden and the most powerful nation in your world. Although the latter status now shares the spotlight, that government’s actions still heavily influence what happens in many other countries. And it was necessary to act on NESARA’s provision that changes the United States’ corporate status that had been surreptitiously set up by the Illuminati to a republic, as was intended by the colonists who waged the war for independence.

The Act’s primary economic thrust is something that could not be spelled out in any legislation: legally obtaining the vast wealth that has been illegally and immorally amassed by the Illuminati and using those funds to eliminate impoverishment, which, by and large, is of their creating. Let us cite an example that you may remember from previous messages. The hurricane that devastated Haiti was caused by the Illuminati’s weather control technology; after the storm subsided, former US presidents Bush and Clinton went there to divert into their own pockets the monies donated for aid and reconstruction. As for the people of Haiti, these six years later they still are living in unsanitary, substandard conditions just as before the hurricane hit, and many residences are makeshift hovels amidst the rubble of destroyed communities.

The unconscionable disparity between the haves and the have-nots in your world caused an imbalance in Earth’s energy field that must be remedied, and other NESARA provisions also are designed to do that. They cancel debts incurred through IMF loans; end usurious interest rates; topple the privately-owned Federal Reserve System, whose tentacles span the globe, and its collection agency, the IRS; and end the currency trading that has enabled the Illuminati to reap fortunes, and that is where global reset fits in.

Recently a reader wrote: “I remember last year, or the year before...he [Matthew] said we wouldn’t get the global money exchange till 2017.” That is a considerable misinterpretation of what we said:

That said, we happily tell you that the decade of delay in your society’s advancement will end in your year 2017, a most propitious timeframe indeed with a celestial window similar to the one during the December 2012 solstice that eased Earth into fourth density. [September 23, 2014]

After that message went out, numerous readers had questions about that statement, and we want to mention one: Do you mean that no important developments can happen until the end of 2017? Dear brothers and sisters, important developments have been happening ever since Earth embarked on her ascension course 80-some years ago! However, it is likely that the first development to be unmistakably obvious to your whole world will be global reset. This complex process requires the cooperation of a large number of national leaders, and, with ever-rising vibrations, their agreement to proceed could come this year. If not that soon, please don’t be disappointed—an honest, secure foundation for your global economy is on the near horizon.

The “Panama papers” will lead to another significant economic reform. The international law firm whose records were hacked and released to the media always has acted within the laws that regulate the establishing of shell companies; firms in the United States and other countries that also set up these kinds of companies for their clients are regulated as well. After providing this service, the firms no longer are involved. While it has long been known that many wealthy individuals are using shell companies to hide their money and avoid paying taxes on it, there was no evidence to prove their criminal activity. The Panamanian firm’s files with names of their clients’ companies gave a starting point for the ongoing investigation into the maze of illegal steps taken by the owners to cover their tracks, discoveries that will result in striking down the laws that permit the formation of “shells.”

“This year I've been receiving a lot of messages from different people about the tithe. I would like to know what Matthew has to say about it.” Giving 10% of one’s income to the church was a Vatican edict that enabled popes and others high in the church hierarchy to live in opulence and parish priests to live comfortably while poverty was the lot of many in the Catholic congregation. Other religions adopted the tithe to build grand churches to “praise God.” Church is nota building, it is each individual’s personal relationship with God; sharing from the heart is godliness, the tithe was devised by man with greed as its taproot. When the peoples realize that Christianity was organized by the heads of church and state to control the masses and enrich themselves and other religions also were corrupted by the infiltration of dark minds, all dogmas will fall by the wayside and the pureness of spirituality will endure.

“I just heard about this movement for a new world government. Matthew assured us this would neverhappen!!!!” In many messages we have assured you that the Illuminati never will attain their goal of world domination. Without knowing what this reader heard, all we can say to all of you is, please do not associate a centralized governing body with One World Government or New World Order, two designations for the Illuminati’s global domination plan that includes eliminating most of the population—the “useless eaters,” as attributed to Henry Kissinger. We reassure you, that plan is doomed because their global network came apart at the seams and the fragments are unraveling.

Freedom burns in the heart of humankind, yet rarely have Earth’s peoples lived freely. For long ages strongmen increased their landholdings and power by brutal conquest—troops were forced into battle; untold numbers were killed, captured, or sold into slavery; and all except the privileged few lived at bare subsistence level. After governing systems were labeled, the Illuminati made a mockery of democracy by putting ones within their ranks as candidates; rigging elections; and bribing, blackmailing, threatening or assassinating members of governments. They declared what country must be fought to keep us safe from that kind of government or that ideology, and they started civil and international wars.

Like their forbearers, they thrived on war. By producing and selling weapons, ammunitions and other war machinery to both sides, they profited handsomely. By setting new national borders or simply taking over a country and subjugating its populace, they kept expanding their empire. By infiltrating governments, military forces, intelligence agencies, judicial and economic systems, religions, education, media, commerce, multinational corporations, the medical field, film industry and entertainment venues, eventually they controlled everything that impacts life in your world. By relentlessly creating fear, grief, unjustness and poverty, conditions that produce the energy that fuels them, they have kept your world in their clutches.

That long sad chapter of your history is nearing its end. It is Gaia’s desire that all peoples of Earth live freely, peaceably, cooperatively across boundaries, across seas, and all share equally in the planet’s natural abundance. In keeping with her desire, the best aspects of your governing philosophies and visionary ideas will be blended into a global system led by individuals with moral and spiritual integrity and whose wise leadership will maintain peace and prosperity. Beloved family, the world you are helping to create in linear time and exists in the continuum—Earth’s Golden Age abloom in all its glory—is grandly flourishing within that benevolent governance.

“If Light on the planet actually is continually intensifying, why is there still so much random violence? Why aren’t peace talks successful in ending wars? It is lamentably so that progress in those respects is moving slowly. By and large, this is due to individuals’ resistance to change what they are accustomed to—a belief, policy, tradition, procedure, habit or anything else that is familiar. Let us give an example that you may not have considered as a deterrent to raising the consciousness level and spiritual awareness of your society.

Some candidates running for office in the United States are pledging adherence to the Constitution, a document compiled when owning slaves was white people’s right and only men were considered capable of voting intelligently. Well before the Bill of Rights granted citizenship to former slaves and permitted women to cast ballots, there was A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. The second amendment, written about 225 years ago, provided for the young country’s readiness in case the British tried to regain control and arms were muskets. Yet many citizens cite this amendment as their right to have weapons designed for today’s battlefields, and some believe they will need to use those weapons when “… they’re going to declare martial law so they can take our guns away.” Energy generated by those thoughts and feelings not only adds momentum to the proliferation of weapons, it is manifesting a standoff because it’s conflicting with energy directed toward ending violence and achieving a world at peace.

By no means is that the only resistance factor, but its deterrence to an awakened society needs to be recognized. What is greatly heartening is, as vibratory levels keep rising, increasingly people will become enlightened and eagerly welcome progressive changes.

“Would you please be so kind as to ask Matthew about the flat earth and the firmament as mentioned in the ancient scriptures and also, in the bible.” We say that individuals who long ago recorded their celestial observations did so without the knowledge that a solar system with one flat planet amidst the spheres defies universal laws of physics. The belief that Earth is flat gives no credence to your scientific knowledge, and it is the same with the belief that a few thousand years ago God created Earth in six days.

We also have been asked about the “New Earth,” described as a pristine planet where light beings will be transported while the dark ones stay on the “first” Earth to continue battling and devastating the environment. Eons ago in linear time the soul Gaia chose to incarnate as a planet, which somewhere along the line came to be called Earth, and she has no intention of abandoning her body or occupying two. Your technology, which has been suppressed and misused by the Illuminati, and the advanced technology that your universal family will bring when they can safely join you, will restore Earth to her original Eden self. It is her destiny to once again be a healthy, beauteous, peaceful homeland for all of her residents.
