Benedict XVI joins Pope Francis in consecrating Vatican to St Michael Archangel

(Vatican Radio) To the joy of Vatican City State workers, Friday morning Pope Francis was joined by Pope emeritus Benedict XVI in the gardens for a ceremony during which the Holy Father blessed a statue of St Michael Archangel, at the same time consecrating the Vatican to the Archangel’s protection.

Following a brief ceremony, Pope Francis addressed those present noting how St. Michael defends the People of God from its enemy par excellence, the devil. He said even if the devil attempts to disfigure the face of the Archangel and thus the face of humanity, St Michael wins, because God acts in him and is stronger:

“In the Vatican Gardens there are several works of art. But this, which has now been added, takes on particular importance, in its location as well as the meaning it expresses. In fact it is not just celebratory work but an invitation to reflection and prayer, that fits well into the Year of Faith. Michael – which means “Who is like God” – is the champion of the primacy of God, of His transcendence and power.

“Michael struggles to restore divine justice and defends the People of God from his enemies, above all by the enemy par excellence, the devil. And St. Michael wins because in him, there is He God who acts.

“This sculpture reminds us then that evil is overcome, the accuser is unmasked, his head crushed, because salvation was accomplished once and for all in the blood of Christ.

“Though the devil always tries to disfigure the face of the Archangel and that of humanity, God is stronger, it is His victory and His salvation that is offered to all men.

“We are not alone on the journey or in the trials of life, we are accompanied and supported by the Angels of God, who offer, so to speak, their wings to help us overcome so many dangers, in order to fly high compared to those realities that can weigh down our lives or drag us down. In consecrating Vatican City State to St. Michael the Archangel, I ask him to defend us from the evil one and banish him. ”

“We also consecrate Vatican City State in St. Joseph, guardian of Jesus, the guardian of the Holy Family. May his presence make us stronger and more courageous in making space for God in our lives to always defeat evil with good. We ask Him to protect, take care of us, so that a life of grace grows stronger in each of us every day. ”

“… GW: Well, let’s move over to Italy, then. And Pope Francis met with leaders of the various world faiths in this last week. In his humble style that he is becoming noted for, he chose not to sit on the usual papal throne, but rather in a simple armchair, a beige armchair.

Some of the other leaders had expressed optimism in the change of style of Francis. Are the other religious leaders now aware of the information that Francis is aware of? The higher information. And will they collectively be starting to change the tune of religious faiths around the world? Will this become a song sung by Francis and the faiths?

AAM: It has begun. They are humming. They are finding that it is a catchy tune, that is attractive, that it has a beautiful melody and refrain that sings in their hearts. Francis has basically thrown away the throne. He is not over-lighted to proceed in such a manner.

And what he is first and foremost doing is that he is reminding those others of all faiths that their role is to serve and that leadership is service, that they are shepherds of all ilks, all stripes, all colors. But their role is to collect and to show the way, in humility and patience, in forgiveness and compassion.

So, what Francis has begun to do is to say we do not need to be in control. We cannot find the middle way, the pathway of peace and true brotherhood and sisterhood through trying to control people. And this has been a gift. Oh, and dear heart, he has only just begun.

You have been asking for signs. Well, you are seeing them, are you not, on many fronts. But pay attention to this one. And might I give you a hint? Follow the money.

GW: Hmm. Intriguing. Okay. Well, at this point, then, now you have said previously, or it has been said previously, that Francis is over-lighted with the soul of St. Francis, and that he will be stepping forward in his role and that he is aware of and in contact with our galactic family.

That wasn’t clear previously; maybe you can clarify that. Has that knowledge and awareness been imparted to the leaders of the other faiths at this time? Are they aware of that and openly embracing that?

AAM: It has not been fully disclosed. It has been fully implied. And so… [laugh] I’m sorry. I laugh because it is a beautiful time that we have waited for. Now, let me suggest to you — no, let me simply tell you flat out, my friend, because you are a newsman. There were several galactics present at this gathering. The presence of the galactics was fully implied. And in side conversations it was a full point of discussion.

But the first focus of Francis is not to push the agenda of the galactics, but simply rather to let everybody know that they have been part of this enclave and part of the knowledge of the papacy for a long time. But his first agenda is bringing communion, community and peace amongst the different faiths and sects, amongst the human beings.

So that is his primary agenda. But he is weaving many things into it. Is he aware of the galactics? He has been aware of them for a very long time. He has been aware of them most of his life, actually. And so it is not that it is not on his agenda; it is. It is just not the first thing on his agenda.  …”

US, China to discuss major issues at strategic meeting

China and the United States will discuss a series of major issues of common concern during the 5th China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue (S&ED) next week in Washington, according to China's foreign ministry.

The issues will include cyber security, Asia-Pacific cooperation, climate change, energy security, economic cooperation and other major international and regional affairs.

Assistant foreign minister Zheng Zeguang and vice finance minister Zhu Guangyao told a press briefing on Friday that China is ready to make joint efforts with the US to achieve positive results on the basis of mutual respect and win-win cooperation.

The June summit between President Xi Jinping and President Barack Obama drew a blueprint for China-US.relations, Zheng said, noting that both sides will further exchange views on building a new type of relationship between major powers.

The dialogue will be co-chaired by Vice Premier Wang Yang and State Councilor Yang Jiechi, who will be acting as special representatives of Xi, as well as US Secretary of State John Kerry and Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew, who will be acting as special representatives of Obama.

Delegates from more than 20 Chinese government departments will attend the dialogue, according to Zheng.

In the S&ED, both sides will hold talks on expanding bilateral trade and investment cooperation, Zhu said, adding that China hopes the US will provide a fair and transparent environment for Chinese investment.

China also hopes the US will take substantial actions to lift the ban on the exportation of hi-tech products to China as well as recognize China's market economy status as soon as possible, according to Zhu.

14.  Now then, I shall mention some of the facts of 9/11 that we in these stations of light know as truth and that can be verified by those among you who are considered experts in their fields.  The planes were remotely controlled by measures designed to override any manual maneuvers by pilots. The towers were designed to withstand the force of the largest planes hitting them directly. The towers collapsed due to controlled demolition measures, by explosives strategically located and detonated in timely rhythm; witnesses reported hearing explosions prior to the buildings falling. Both the Pentagon and the plane that crashed in the field were hit by scalar beam weaponry.  Regarding the Pentagon, the beams were aimed at the section where a communications group had been recently relocated.  Results of a major airliner hitting that building at top speed would have penetrated more deeply and devastated more broadly than photos of the destruction showed; further, no one saw any plane approaching that building and there was no way a plane could have struck as the damage showed without being seen at near ground level.

15.  There is much more to consider concerning all that happened that day: Why were many employees in the towers warned prior to September 11^th not to report for work that day? Why were standard procedures for intercept planes in no-fly zones not followed, and especially so around the Pentagon after the towers were struck? 

16.  Why was the debris of the towers so quickly collected and disposed of?  Where were the remains of the plane claimed to have hit the Pentagon and why were no bodies recovered from the tail section?  Why were the “black boxes,” designed to withstand far more heat and impact than they sustained, declared destroyed?  Why, within a day or two, were 19 terrorists identified by name and photos, and later, when it was discovered that several were alive, was there no widespread challenge to the original report?  Why, after being informed of the first tower being hit, did the US president continue to spend time with young school children instead of immediately departing the room to act as a responsible Commander in Chief would have?

17.  Many other aspects of that day also point to the culpable parties, who needed something of that shocking and tragic nature to start the “war on terrorism” by causing the justification for it.  This is what you are seeing today, the extension of the dark plans to weaken not only the invaded countries, but ultimately all countries on the road to global control.  This will not happen!  Not only I, but other high beings of light have been sending forth this assurance through respected messengers on the planet.  We have repeatedly stated the need for you to send love energy to the dark ones as that is the most powerful healing force in the universe.  Not hatred of them, but focusing on the opposite of their actions—on peace, justness, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, cooperation—is what will end the darkness on Earth.

2.  YES!  The “long dark night of the soul” for the peoples of Earth is ending! Although these violent moments at hand are with bloodshed and sorrow for many and with outrage for most, these moments are leading your civilization out of the darkness that has so long prevailed on the planet.  Allow your natural reactions at the events to be felt—mourn those whose lives have been cut short, help those who are desperately in need, feel anger about actions in arrogant power-mongering. Then let go of anger and ACT to secure your world firmly in the healing energy of love-light!   

3.  Enlighten those who do not understand that the momentum of the light is revealing the longstanding deception that has created the current state of your world.  Unaware people need to know that the dark perpetrators’ desperate but ultimately futile attempts to retain their control are “coming to light.”  Minds need to be open to the truth coming forth about the purpose of the war in Iraq, the unconscionable “9/11,” the dark forces’ efforts to derail NESARA [National Economic Security and Reformation Act], and the crimes of corporations in league with governments.  

4.  There still is resistance in the United States to believing that the very people whose responsibility is to wisely lead, truthfully inform and adequately protect you are the very ones who have been betraying you—betraying your entire world!  We understand this resistance.  The heartbreak of your young people being wounded and dying for “freedom from terrorism” is cruel enough without the knowing that this war is based on lies and greed for power. There is NO intent for anyone’s “freedom,” and the “terrorism” that has taken so many lives has been initiated by the self-serving few at the top of this government in union with other dark souls on the planet whose purpose is the same—world domination.   

5.  To them, human life is expendable and creating negativity through fear is one of their objectives.  The massive loss of life, injuries and destruction sustained by the Iraqi people has been creating negativity without end in that country, and that energy is permeating the planet.  It is the same with the Zionists in Israel oppressing the Palestinians, another hotbed of violence instigated and kept alive by the darkness of a few souls.  Still more negativity comes from the millions dying of disease and starvation while billions are spent on amassing weapons.

6.  We understand the difficulty of sustaining optimism in the face of these happenings, yet there is supreme reason to do so. The truths coming forth are bringing the light necessary to lift and transmute this negativity into “grassroots” actions to change from war to peace, from hatred to love, ruination to restoration, violence to compassion and forgiveness, to harmony and cooperation.  Be involved!

7.  We also understand the difficulty in believing that dark members of a civilization different from human—the reptilian civilization, some of whom are residing on the planet—are manipulating their human puppets known as the Illuminati.  But be of LIGHT heart—reptilians of the light forces are there too, working hand in hand with human lightworkers to usher in the promised era of love-light and harmony.  Feel reassured by this invaluable assistance!  
  

8.  We understand as well the reluctance to believe in something as “miraculous” as NESARA, especially since the reality of this U.S. legislation has been denied and ridiculed by that government and their agents.  So we tell you, it is necessary only to believe in the blessings that NESARA holds for your world: the end of the current US presidential administration and its policies; cessation of war in Iraq; prosperity for all nations through fair allocation of resources; preservation and restoration of your environment.  Holding these visions in your thoughts and feelings will generate the energy to manifest them!

9.  No, Mother, this isn’t new information.  It isn’t a pronouncement that the horror and heartache will cease on a certain date, as much as we wish we could give that. This message of essential reinforcement of what we long have been giving to our valued messengers on Earth is needed for the many who feel the darkness will be endless.  It cannot, it SHALL not be endless—it is ENDING!!  The ending of darkness comes with your minds and hearts embracing the light of hope, the healing power of love, the vision of the peaceful world you want, and acting upon your convictions and commitment.  

NSA leaks: UK blocks crucial espionage talks between US and Europe

First talks to soothe transatlantic tensions to be restricted to data privacy and Prism programme after Britain and Sweden's veto

Britain has blocked the first crucial talks on intelligence and espionage between European officials and their American counterparts since the NSA surveillance scandal erupted.

The talks, due to begin in Washington on Monday, will now be restricted to issues of data privacy and the NSA's Prism programme following a tense 24 hours of negotiations in Brussels between national EU ambassadors. Britain, supported only by Sweden, vetoed plans to launch two "working groups" on the espionage debacle with the Americans.

Instead, the talks will consist of one working group focused on the NSA's Prism programme, which has been capturing and storing vast amounts of internet and mobile phone metadata in Europe.

The disclosures in the Guardian over the past month have triggered a transatlantic crisis of confidence and threatened to derail crucial free trade talks between the EU and the US, also due to be launched in Washington on Monday.

The talks on Prism and data privacy have been arranged to coincide with the trade talks in an attempt to defuse the transatlantic tension. EU diplomats and officials say the offer of talks by the Americans is designed to enable the leaders of Germany and France to save face following revelations about the scale of US espionage – particularly in Germany, but also of French and other European embassies and missions in the US.

Other aspects of the dispute, such as more traditional spying and intelligence matters, will be off limits for the Europeans after Britain insisted the EU had no authority to discuss issues of national security and intelligence.

"It was decided. It finished successfully," said Dalia Grybauskaitė, the president of Lithuania, which has just assumed the EU's six-month rotating presidency and which mediated the sensitive talks in Brussels over the past two days.

On Thursday, Grybauskaitė said the Europeans hoped to hold two separate strands of consultations with the Americans. By Friday she and José Manuel Barroso, the European commission president, conceded that the intelligence strand had been dropped. "Intelligence matters and those of national security are not the competence of the EU," he said, echoing the UK's objection.

Senior EU diplomats, officials, and government ministers confirmed that Britain opposed most of the rest of the EU on joint European talks with the Americans on intelligence and espionage, meaning that national governments will need to pursue the issues separately with Washington.

"The consultations in Washington will first of all address data protection matters. Addressing the intelligence topic is not expected," said a senior Lithuanian official.

The Lithuanian government phoned Carl Bildt, Sweden's foreign minister, on Thursday evening to try to remove the Swedish resistance, but failed, sources said. The talks in Brussels continued throughout the night as diplomats sought to come up with wording that would keep everyone happy.

Officials said the abortive attempt to come up with a common European position only served to highlight the divisions that have surfaced as a result of the espionage scandal, with the Europeans against the Americans, the French and the Germans against the British, and leading pro-EU figures arguing that the fiasco has underlined the case for Europe constructing its own cyber-defences.

"We need our own capacities, European cloud computing, EU strategic independence," said Michel Barnier, the French politician and European commissioner for the single market.

Such is the transatlantic and intra-European disarray over the espionage wars, that senior east and west European politicians and intelligence veterans privately suspect a Russian role in the intelligence row. They point to the presence of the NSA whistleblower, Edward Snowden – apparently still at Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport – and to the controversy surrounding the Bolivian presidential plane. President Evo Morales, travelling from Moscow, was forced to land in Vienna after being denied permission to enter the airspace of several EU countries.

The surveillance dispute led to calls, particularly from France, for the long-awaited negotiations on a transatlantic free trade pact to be delayed. The simultaneous opening of talks on the NSA, Prism and surveillance is designed to mute such calls and give European leaders an opportunity to climb down while claiming concessions from the Americans, EU diplomats said.

European businesses are likely to abandon the services of American internet providers because of the National Security Agency surveillance scandal, the European commission has warned.

Neelie Kroes, the commission vice-president who speaks on digital affairs, predicted that providers of cloud services, which allow users to store and access data on remote servers, could suffer significant loss of business if clients fear the security of their material is under threat.

The warning came as it appeared that the Americans and the Europeans were to start investigating alleged breaches of data privacy in the EU as well as US intelligence and espionage practices.

Despite threats from France to delay long-awaited EU-US negotiations on a new transatlantic free trade pact, scheduled to open in Washington on Monday, EU ambassadors in Brussels reached a consensus on Thursday to go ahead with the talks.

They could not yet agree, however, on how to respond to a US offer of parallel talks on the NSA scandal, the Prism and Tempora programmes and issues of more traditional espionage arising from reports of how US agencies bugged and tapped the offices and embassies of the EU and several member states.

Dalia Grybauskaitė, the president of Lithuania, said on Thursday that she was not seeking an apology from the Americans. Lithuania takes over the rotating six-month EU presidency this week.

While no decision had yet been taken, she said she hoped the EU-US talks on electronic surveillance would also be launched on Monday and run concurrently. Since much of the alleged US hoovering up of telephone and internet traffic in Europe is assumed to amount to commercial and industrial espionage, the two parallel sets of talks will affect one another.

Senior EU officials complain that there is no point engaging in sensitive trade talks when the other side has already eavesdropped on you and knows your negotiating position.

Grybauskaitė emphasised that the American side was keen to come clean on the dispute.

"They are open to co-operation. They are open to explain," she said. "I never seek an apology from anyone. I seek information … We don't want to jeopardise the strategic importance of free trade."

Pointing to the potential fallout from the disclosures about the scale of NSA operations in Europe, Kroes, the European commissioner for digital matters, predicted that US internet providers of cloud services could suffer major business losses.

"If businesses or governments think they might be spied on, they will have less reason to trust cloud, and it will be cloud providers who ultimately miss out. Why would you pay someone else to hold your commercial or other secrets if you suspect or know they are being shared against your wishes?" she said.

"It is often American providers that will miss out, because they are often the leaders in cloud services. If European cloud customers cannot trust the United States government, then maybe they won't trust US cloud providers either. If I am right, there are multibillion-euro consequences for American companies. If I were an American cloud provider, I would be quite frustrated with my government right now."

The German chancellor, Angela Merkel, the European commission and Grybauskaitė made clear they wanted the trade talks to go ahead as planned on Monday. France appeared to drop its objections despite previously insisting on guarantees that the espionage had been halted before the trade talks could start.

Grybauskaitė also voiced suspicions of a possible Russian role in the furore, pointing to Edward Snowden, the NSA whistleblower, being stuck in Moscow at the same time as weekend revelations about US spying on Europe emerged in the runup to the trade talks.

She insisted that the espionage dispute should not be allowed to derail the trade talks but conceded that "some countries are very sensitive on this question." The Lithuanian finance minister, Rimantas Šadžius, said: "The French have some problems."

EU diplomats said ambassadors from the 28 member states engaged in "urgent and tricky" discussions on Thursday on how to proceed. While the European commission would lead the EU side on issues of data privacy, the talks on intelligence and espionage practices would need to be done by national governments.

It was not clear where Britain fitted into the picture since it is one of the biggest EU countries but has not been targeted by the NSA, unlike Germany or France, according to the reports, and the UK's GCHQ has itself been collecting vast quantities of European internet and telephone data.

Kroes warned that US firms could be the biggest losers from the US government's voracious appetite for information.

"Concerns about cloud security can easily push European policy-makers into putting security guarantees ahead of open markets, with consequences for American companies. Cloud has a lot of potential. But potential doesn't count for much in an atmosphere of distrust."

“… Persons who are connecting the dots of positive developments reported in independent publications, Internet sites and television documentaries and interviews are feeling heartened. A recent dot with international application was in the United States. A group met with media representatives and a few former members of the Congress to speak about their personal observations and knowledge that offer clear evidence of intelligent extraterrestrial life [Citizen Hearing on (UFO) Disclosure at the National Press Club, Washington, DC, starting April 29].

A dozen years ago the group was at the same venue for the same purpose. That short meeting was completely ignored by the media—not to mention, the US government—and although the recent five days of formal hearings didn't generate headlines around the globe, it was mentioned in some press and coverage was posted on numerous Internet sites.

But the far greater significance of the week-long event is that it occurred. The Illuminati's influence in the United States, their last stronghold, has weakened so seriously that they could not prevent it. Your governments cannot continue much longer to cover up our family's presence, but please don't expect to shake hands with those who living among you or greet landing crews next week. An official statement that other civilizations do exist—or maybe only the likelihood that they exist—would be a cautious first step, and your leaders who have been involved in announcement planning still are arguing about When will people be ready to hear this?

Those leaders don't know that the decision is not theirs to make. A gay couple from Florida have become the first successful green card applicants for permanent US residency since the supreme court struck down a federal law against same-sex marriage.

Traian Popov, from Bulgaria, and American Julian Marsh learnt the decision from immigration officials on Friday as the government acted quickly to change its visa policies after last week's legal decision.

"It was just kind of a shock, like winning the lottery," said Marsh who was celebrating his 55th birthday with Popov at a restuarant when they got the news. "The amazing, overwhelming fact is that the government said yes, and my husband and I can live in the country we chose and we love and want to stay in," he told the New York Times.

Popov, 41, who has been living in the US for 15 years as a student and is working towards a doctorate in social science, married Marsh in October last year – they met in 2011. They wed in New York because Florida does not recognise same-sex marriage. Marsh, a DJ and music producer, petitioned for Popov's green card in February.

"We are first-class citizens in New York and in the eyes of the federal government, but second-class citizens in Florida," Marsh said, signalling their role as activists to change the law in Florida. "We won't stand for that."

The couple have been working with the Doma Project, which has campaigning with gay and lesbian bi-national couples, for parts of the Defence of Marriage Act (Doma) to be repealed. Lavi Solway, an attorney who co-founded the group, said: "The approval of this petition demonstrates that the Obama administration's commitment to recognising the marriages of same-sex couples nationwide is now a reality … We expect additional approvals of green card petitions in the coming days.

"It is symbolically important that the first gay couple to receive approval of their green card petition live in Florida, a state that has a constitutional ban preventing same-sex couples from marrying."

Immigration officials have been keeping a list of same-sex couples whose green card petitions were denied in anticipation of the ruling. Those decisions will now be reversed without couples having to present new applications – if no other issues have arisen.

The couple's case was not the first immigration case to be affected by the Doma ruling. Deportation proceedings against a gay Colombian man were halted by a New York immigration judge just hours after the supreme court decision.

CAPE TOWN — US President Barack Obama warned Sunday that Africa could only fulfil its rising potential with leaders who strive to improve the lives of their people, decrying "thugs and warlords" who hold back the promise of the continent.

In a strident call for democratic change and good governance, Obama used the political legacy of ailing Nelson Mandela and South Africa's emergence from grim years of apartheid as proof that freedom will ultimately prevail.

"History shows us that progress is only possible where governments exist to serve their people and not the other way around," said Obama, in a line that drew loud and prolonged cheers from his audience of more than 1,000 people.

While Africa is "on the move," progress is based on a fragile foundation, Obama said in a speech at Cape Town University.

"Across Africa, the same institutions that should be the backbone of democracy can all too often be infected with the rot of corruption. The same technology that enables record profits sometimes means widening a canyon of inequality," he said.

The speech was delivered from the same spot where American political icon Robert Kennedy delivered his famous "ripple of hope" speech in 1966, which called on students to decry the "racial inequality of apartheid".

Obama's goal was to inspire a new generation of Africans with the belief that they could ignite political change and the potential of their continent.

He slammed those who "steal or kill or disenfranchise others," saying that the ultimate lesson of South Africa was that such brutal tactics will not work.

"So long as parts of Africa continue to be ravaged by war and mayhem, opportunity and democracy cannot take root," said Obama.

"Across the continent, there are places where too often fear prevails," Obama said, warning of "senseless terrorism" from Mali to Mogadishu.

"From Congo to Sudan, conflicts fester," Obama said, hitting out at those who argue that American calls for democracy and freedom are "intrusive" or "meddling".

"In too many countries, the actions of thugs and warlords and drug cartels and human traffickers hold back the promise of Africa, enslaving others for their own purposes.

"America cannot put a stop to these tragedies alone, and you don't expect us to. That is a job for Africans. But we can help and we will help you," he said, announcing major new US programs to boost electricity and health care.

He also condemned the rule of Robert Mugabe in neighbouring Zimbabwe, where he said the "promise of liberation gave way to the corruption of power and the collapse of the economy".

Like the rest of Obama's trip to South Africa, the speech was rich in emotion when he mentioned his hero Mandela, who lies critically ill in a Pretoria hospital.

"You have shown us how a prisoner can become president," Obama said.

South Africa has made massive strides in delivering electricity, housing and water since the fall of apartheid in 1994.

But the progress has failed to dent anger over rampant poverty and joblessness, with one in four workers unemployed.

Judging by the rousing reception, Obama's words spoke to the frustrations felt by many in the room.

"I think all South Africans are fed up with individuals abusing state resources, putting money into their pockets, instead of serving the people," said Yibanathi Jezile who is in his final year of high school.

President Jacob Zuma's administration is under increasing fire for its largesse -- from an expensive security upgrade to his private home to irregularities in the granting of deals to do business with the state.

"For a lot of us, I think that was just a bit of an amen moment. It's about time now that our government serves us as a democratic state," said Al Postman, 25.

With poverty and unemployment still a problem, "it has to mean that money is going elsewhere", he said. "Where is the money going to? That's the big question."

Let us speak of government. We're not speaking of your government, but of any government - the way it works, how it survives, how it has survived, the way it campaigns, and how it elects leaders. It's going to change.

Years ago, I told you, "When everybody can talk to everybody, there can be no secrets." Up to this point on this planet, government has counted on one thing - that the people can't easily talk to each other on a global scale. They have to get their information through government or official channels. Even mass media isn't always free enough, for it reports that which the government reports. Even a free society tends to bias itself according to the bias of the times. However, when you can have Human Beings talking to each other all at once, all over the planet without government control, it all changes, for there is open revelation of truth.

Democracy itself will change and you're going to see it soon. The hold-outs, the few countries I have mentioned in the past, are doomed unless they recalibrate. They're doomed to be the same as they have been and won't be able to exist as they are now with everyone changing around them.

I mentioned North Korea in the past. Give it time. Right now, the young man is under the control of his father's advisors. But when they're gone, you will see something different, should he survive. Don't judge him yet, for he is being controlled.

In government, if you're entire voting base has the ability to talk to itself without restriction and comes up with opinions by itself without restriction, it behooves a politician to be aware and listen to them. This will change what politicians will do. It will change the way things work in government. Don't be surprised when some day a whole nation can vote all at once in a very unusual way. Gone will be the old systems where you used to count on horseback riders to report in from faraway places. Some of you know what I am talking about. Government will change. The systems around you, both dark and light, will change. You're going to start seeing something else, too, so let's change the subject and turn the page. …”
